“It was a roof over our heads”

“OMG! We are staying there again!! The staff were really friendly and so helpful. My husband loved the downstairs lounge. He was able to catch up on a YouTube channel he watches in real comfort. The breakfast is usually a sticking point with him. Not here. He had everything his big heart desired AND the bacon was crispy. A rare occurrence and it wasn’t a fluke. We didn’t us the gym as I made him walk up Sugarloaf Mountain. Twenty two flights of stairs I think it was. Reception had just about……

“It was clean and the staff were helpful but the refrigerator temperature was too low that whatever in the fridge was frozen. The toilet, on the other hand, made some terrible noises like flushing without any reason. The breakfast was not varied and just grab and go.”

“The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and spacious for the Marquette area. It was very reasonably priced as well. We did have a some issues with controlling the heat, but the staff was very helpful in addressing it. They also offered extra blankets. We were very satisfied and would return and our next visit to the area.”

The view of Lake Superior is wonderful from our room and the sunsets were beautiful! In a PERFECT location to everything! I gave 4 stars because the room was a little older, but we could tell when we booked. Was clean and staff very friendly! We were busy sightseeing, hiking, etc. during the day, so was perfect for watching the sunset and……

“The rooms are poorly soundproofed and shaded, we got bitten by mosquitoes at night. The servers are kindly and friendly, but they don’t even sever hot water. ”

“It was under construction but still provided a good experience. Location was an easy walk to town.”
